Tracy Mattingly joined SJA in February 2007. She graduated with honors from the University of Arizona in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development. Ms. Mattingly worked many years in the social services field in Arizona and South Carolina before relocating to New York.
